GEM Nomination

This award acknowledges a team member's excellent performance while reinforcing CRG's mission and core values. Nominating someone for a GEM Award let's them know you appreciate them and are grateful to have them on the CRG team.

GEM (Go the Extra Mile): Award Criteria
Any team member may be nominated for the Award by a fellow team member or manager. A team member may qualify for the Going the Extra Mile Award if one or more of the following criteria are met:
1. Demonstrates outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, in support of CRG’s Mission and goals.
2. Has effectively and efficiently corrected something that has gone wrong for a guest.
3. Demonstrates creativity or resourcefulness in assisting guests and team members.
4. Develops new and efficient ways to solve guest issues.
5. Responds in an exceptionally fast or efficient manner.
6. Significantly improved the flow or pace of a shift with their hard work and/or positive attitude.
7. Went beyond normal duties in supporting another department, team member or guest.
8. Other, as documented on the recommendation form

A nomination form must be completed and submitted to Human Resources (HR). In the event of multiple nominations, Human Resources will work with the senior leadership team to vote on a winner. If only one GEM is nominated for that month, that nominee will be that month’s winner.
